Objective:
The owner of this home wanted to increase the value of his house and increase his living space by finishing off the basement

The Create Construction Solution:
We seperated storage space and living space by finishing a portion of the basement. We also removed and small basement window and added a large egress window. This home owner received an additional bathroom with a full bathtub and shower.

Over and Above:
We decided to take all of the heat ducting in the basement space and reroute the service to a side wall where they wouldn't have as much effect on the head room space of this lower level.
